In recent years，private hospitals have developed rapidly and the number of private hospitals has been increasing，which has become an important force in medical services. The purpose of this report is to track the development and changes of private hospitals from the perspectives of regional distribution，change trend and origin type by analyzing the ranking of private hospitals. Through analysis，it is found that the competitiveness of private hospitals continues to increase；With the reform of state-owned hospitals，the number of tertiary hospitals in top 100 and top 500 hospitals has increased. The number of general hospitals in the top 500 is increasing year by year，and the comprehensive strength of medical hospitals run by the public is constantly improving.
