This report analyzes the geographical distribution，educational resources，enrollment and teaching quality of the top 100 clinical medicine majors（5-year program）in universities in 2020. The result shows that with the exception of Tibet and Qinghai，other provinces and cities have universities in the top 100. Among them，East China ranked the top with 34 universities，and northwest China has great room for improvement in clinical medicine professional education resources，which reflects the uneven geographical distribution of high-quality clinical medicine professional education resources in China. According to THE World University Discipline Ranking 2021：Clinical and Health Research，published by Times Higher Education on September 2，2020，the coincidence degree of the top 10 Chinese universities in clinical medicine reached 80% in two rankings. From the analysis of the number of college graduates，the number of undergraduate clinical medicine graduates in different regions has a relatively large difference in meeting the recruitment needs of this region.
