Based on the five aspects of regional distribution，resource allocation，hospital nature，competitive factors and medical service radius，this report studies the medical development status and overall level of the greater Bay Area agglomeration in Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao. As one of the four major bay areas in the world，guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area boasts advantageous geographical location，outstanding economic strength，rich medical resources，and high-quality hospital operation and service capabilities，highlighting its strong competitiveness. The best hospitals in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area refer to the hospitals located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area（9+2 cities），including general hospitals and specialized hospitals，excluding military hospitals. This report is based on the analysis principle of fact-based and data-driven，taking the 2019 top 80 hospital Hong Kong and Macao to the bay area as the research object. It makes a horizontal analysis of the evaluation system with medical technology，academic influence，resource allocation and hospital operation as the first-level indicators，and makes a vertical analysis based on the connection and difference of research data over the years，in order to analyze the current situation and development level of basic medical treatment in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city cluster from various aspects，so as to provide a more comprehensive data consideration for the medical construction and improvement of the Greater Bay Area.
