As a pillar industry in Jiayuguan City，the real estate industry plays an important role in the economic development of Jiayuguan City. In 2019，Jiayuguan City earnestly implemented various national，provincial and municipal Macroeconomic regulation and control policies and measures，focusing closely on key work such as real estate market regulation，affordable housing management and property management，we have established and improved relevant housing security systems，achieved remarkable results in market regulation and control，significantly improved the housing supply structure，and made steady progress in the renovation of shantytowns. However，there are still some problems such as the downward pressure on real estate investment，the difficulty in checking and checking the qualifications of those who enjoy housing security，and so on. This report suggests that the government’s regulatory power and the market adaptability of real estate development enterprises be strengthened，we will improve the coordinated work mechanism for special rectification efforts，give full play to the role of affordable housing in helping low-and middle-income families in solving their housing problems in urban areas，establish a sound property management mechanism，and so on to promote the healthy and orderly development of the real estate market.
