In 2019，Jiayuguan City will take the “release，management and service” reform as a key measure and an important breakthrough in the transformation of government functions，innovate work ideas，break through the reform bottleneck，“release，control and service” reform has a new breakthrough，the business environment has a new improvement，and the satisfaction of enterprises and the masses has a new good evaluation. However，we need to pay attention to the outstanding problems that restrict the development of enterprises and the strong reaction of the masses. We suggest that we should continue to transform the government functions，continuously optimize the business environment，and effectively open up the “last mile” of serving enterprises and the masses，so as to “release the shackles” for enterprises，“reduce the burden” of the masses，and “make room” for the market.
