In 2019，the scale of agricultural industry in Jiayuguan City will continue to expand，the level of agricultural industrialization will continue to improve，and the new business state of agriculture and rural areas will flourish，mainly due to the “double promotion and double increase” precise assistance action，human settlement environment improvement，agricultural support policy，agricultural cooperative development，rural comprehensive reform and other measures. However，we still need to pay special attention to the serious problem of “hollowing out” in rural areas，the short board of agricultural industry is still prominent，the investment in the development of agricultural industry is insufficient，and the construction of urban and rural public infrastructure is still unbalanced. It is suggested that we should continue to promote the ecological circular agriculture，lay a solid foundation for the development of modern agriculture，promote the sustained growth of farmers’ income，implement the improvement of human settlements，improve the rural governance system，and further strengthen the rural governance to lay a solid foundation for agricultural development.
