Explicit legal provisions have been enacted on the enforcement of debt instruments with enforce ability granted by notarization，and it is gradually moving towards a new era of integration with the internet. In practice，however，such problems as content absence，inadequate delivery，etc. still exist，resulting in enforcement difficulties of the debt instruments with enforceability granted by notarization. From the analysis of the status quo of enforceable notarization enforcement，its attribution of pain points，and the reasonable embeddedness of blockchain，this paper clarifies the necessity and practical dilemma of enforceable notarization enforcement，with the aim to solve the problems by constructing a complete closed-loop enforcement path of blockchain + network enforceable notarization enforcement. To build the pattern of enforceable notarization enforcement blockchain，the automatic review of credit authorization should be formed through the review from the contract subject，the necessary content and scope restrictions of the smart contract should be set，the credit document shall be notarized and confirmed by asynchronous information review，the review should be in accordance with the agreed method，the enforceable enforcement should be conducted in one click and a closed-loop credit investigation should be formed in the process of information rotation.
