A more scientific classified management system with prosecutors，procuratorial assistants and judicial administrators performing their respective duties and responsibilities is required in the reform of the judicial system. However，from the practical point of view，the management and supervision system of prosecutors is not perfect，refined or standardized enough. It is necessary to further improve the system and mechanism of access mechanism，exit mechanism，supervision mechanism，guarantee mechanism and punishment mechanism，build a standardized and efficient prosecutor management system，strengthen the supervision and management of prosecutors，as well as promote the revolutionary，standardized，specialized and professional construction of the prosecutor team.
