The local government debt of Fujian was at the middle level in China. And the issuing interest rate showed a downward trend. Moreover，the proportions of special bonds and new bonds issuing continued to increase. Furthermore，there was a significantly rise in the scale of local governments’ project income special bonds. However，the scale of local government debt in Fujian was generally small and did not exceed the local debt limit. In general，the solvency of overall debt in Fujian was under control.
