Since the government debt scale in Jiangxi keeps a sustained growth in recent years，the importance of preventing local government debt risk has become increasingly prominent. This report commenced analyzing the circumstance of Jiangxi local government bonds in recent years from such aspects as issuance scale，composition of bonds，term structure and yield to maturity. Meanwhile，the existing status of project income special bonds and the use of funds has been systematically analyzed. Finally，considering the local government financial performance and debt status in Jiangxi，it puts forward relevant suggestions to resolve the debt.
