With the continuous expansion of government debt scale in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region（hereinafter referred to as “Guangxi” or “autonomous region”），the importance of debt risk management and control has become increasingly prominent. Firstly，this report analyzes the operation of local government bonds in Guangxi in recent years from the aspects of issuance scale，composition of bonds，term structure and yield to maturity. At the same time，it makes an in-depth analysis of the operation of project income special bonds and the use of funds. Finally，combined with the local comprehensive financial resources and debt situation in Guangxi，it analyzes the solvency.
