China has gradually stepped into a deep aging society from aging. The situation of digital poverty of the elderly is increasingly prominent. How to carry out digital poverty alleviation for the elderly and then release the energy of silver hair economy is an important topic of this era. Taking the media contact situation of the elderly in Fujian as the observation point，the research group collected first-hand data through online questionnaires and telephone interviews，and found three major dilemmas faced by the elderly since the epidemic：emotional loneliness of two-level differentiation，weak position in the information age，and severe disaster areas of network security. Based on this the report puts forward some countermeasures，such as information poverty alleviation，digital feedback，network supervision and so on.
