With the progress in the logic of natural language，the conceptual representation of characters，and deep semantic analysis techniques，algorithm as the key part of artificial intelligence technologies is increasingly applied in the procedure of news collection，production，distribution and feedback. There emerges a series of new ethical concerns. What are the ethical challenges of news algorithm ever discussed？What research topics should we focus on in the future？This study summarizes the representative periodicals of ethical researches of news algorithm via literature analysis. The result indicates that the ethical research on news algorithm can be divided into three aspects：explanatory study of the internal mechanism of journalistic algorithm ethics，study of anomie in journalism caused by algorithm，the regulation study of news algorithm. At the same time，the ethical framework for news algorithm，norms in mixed responsibility networks，and how heterogeneous networks of human and non-human actors together affect human value judgments are still missing. Authors believe that the focus of attention to the terminal user is the development trend of future research. The needs of terminal users and the perception of ethical deviation，including how algorithm affects user’s satisfaction，acceptance，trust，experience，etc.，are important questions to be answered in future research.
