Based on the third，four times the national economic census data，by using competitive advantage and scale advantages，the beijing-tianjin-hebei manufacturing industry competitiveness present situation and development trend analysis and comparing with the Yangtze river delta，the pearl river delta，points out the advantages and disadvantages of beijing-tianjin-hebei manufacturing competitiveness，put forward policy recommendations to increase the competitiveness of beijing-tianjin-hebei manufacturing，namely，carefully nurtured advantage industry chain，pay attention to small micro enterprise development，to build industry innovation service，promote the development of manufacturing and modern service industry depth fusion，speed up the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.
