In 2018-2019，in the cause of foreign communication，Hubei Province has thoroughly studied and carried out the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress，deeply comprehended the spirit of culture and tourism，especially their integrated development，a spirit directed by Xi Jinping. We have also conscientiously implemented the required deployment about the spread of culture from the provincial government in accordance with the unified arrangement of the Party Committee of the office，taking serving the overall situation as its own duty，centering on the central tasks of strengthening national soft power of culture，enhancing the influence of Jing-Chu culture，and cultivating the overall image of Hubei’s cultural tourism. We have promoted the exchanges and cooperation with foreign countries，as well as China’s regions of Hong Kong，Macao and Taiwan，and achieved positive effects.
