The cultural industry continues to maintain a rapid momentum of development，and the efficiency of cultural market supervision has been significantly improved. However，there are also some problems，such as unbalanced subjectival development of the cultural industry，insufficient core competitiveness，single structure of characteristic cultural industry，low integration of cultural resources and cultural industry cluster，lack of industry leaders，prominent structural contradiction between supply and demand of cultural products，low international influence of cultural industry products and insufficient supervision of the cultural market. Therefore，in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Hubei’s cultural industry，it is necessary to cultivate cultural industry leaders，expand the subject of cultural industry，strengthen the construction of cultural industry talent team，optimize the allocation of cultural resources，improve the public cultural service system，implement the cultural supply side structural reform guided by the “culture and tourism integration plus” strategy，and improve the cultural market supervision system and mechanism，so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Hubei’s cultural industry.
