From 2018 to 2019，with the promulgation of the regulations on the protection of public cultural services in Hubei Province，the development of public culture in Hubei Province will gradually move towards standardization and fast track. With the great attention of Party committees and governments at all levels in the province and the joint efforts of relevant departments，the consciousness of public cultural development in Hubei Province has been continuously enhanced，the public cultural system has been constantly improved，and the core values have been further promoted. However，there are still some problems，such as the construction of grass-roots team is not strong，the service facilities are not perfect，and the cultural input is uneven. Therefore，it is necessary to take effective measures to promote the construction of public culture in Hubei Province from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations，promoting the standardization of public service，improving public cultural facilities，improving the efficiency of public service，innovating management system and mechanism，and strengthening the construction of grass-roots culture.
