本文通过对领导力胜任力模型、领导力素质测评模型及测评真实结果进行分析,以帮助企业了解当前中国企业领导力发展现状,更为精准地把握领导与管理人才的特点。内容主要包括:第一,提出VUCA时代对中国企业领导力发展的挑战;第二,领导力标准分析,指出领导力体系构建中的指标共性特点;第三,从能力、个性、动力三个方面进行领导力评估,反映当前领导力发展中的成功信号与困难信号、个性特征及动力需求。
<<This article analyzes the leadership competence model,the leadership evaluation model and the tangible evaluation results to help companies understand the current development of corporate leadership and the features of leadership and managerial talents in China. The content mainly covers the following three aspects. First,challenges that the era of VUCA has posed on corporate leadership development in China will be listed. Second,leadership criteria will be analyzed by pointing out the common characteristics of indicators in the construction of leadership system.
