为探讨中国白酒企业国际化经营策略,本报告从高端、中高端、中低端洋酒三个视角出发,分别以马爹利为例的高端型洋酒、尊尼获加为例的中高端型洋酒、杰克·丹尼为例的中低端知名洋酒作为案例,分析它们国际化经营的经验。最后,本报告认为,面向国际市场的中国白酒企业应充分借鉴洋酒经营经验,进行文化营销、注重品牌宣传策略、有效利用口碑营销、认真钻研消费者偏好。
<<In order to explore the international business strategy of Chinese baijiu companies,this article starts from three perspectives of high-end,mid-to-high-end,and mid-to-low-end foreign wines,taking Martell as an example of high-end foreign wines,Johnnie Walker as an example of mid-to-high-end foreign wines,and Jack Daniels as an example of low-end well-known foreign wines to analyze their experience in international operations. Finally,it is concluded that Chinese baijiu companies facing the international market should fully learn from foreign wines business experience,carry out cultural marketing,focus on brand promotion strategies,effectively use word-of-mouth marketing,and carefully study consumer preferences.
