随着消费者的结构和需求趋于多样化,白酒行业未来将面临更大的挑战,为了迎合时代的发展趋势,白酒行业需要深入了解消费者需求,制定切实有效的营销策略。目前,国人对白酒的认知程度还不够。国人购买白酒时考虑的因素多集中在白酒的口感、品牌、价格、包装等方面,购买白酒也多用于日常饮用、送礼和收藏等。近年来人们对于白酒的文化内涵越来越重视,酒文化走入大众的视线。我国白酒的主流消费者多为中年消费者,青年消费者作为未来的潜在消费者成为白酒企业重点培养的消费对象。对此,本报告尝试提出以下几点建议:以消费者需求为导向,对青年消费者实施精准营销,培养青年消费群体;创新白酒产品,实现产品的精准定位,弘扬传统酒文化;创新白酒包装设计,提供个性化包装服务;借助新媒体平台,展开社交营销。
<<With the diversification of consumer structure and demand,the baijiu industry is facing more and more challenges. In order to meet the development trend of The Times,the baijiu industry needs to have a deep understanding of consumer demand,and develop effective marketing strategies. At present,the cognition degree of Chinese people to baijiu is not enough. The factors that Chinese people consider when buying baijiu are mainly in the aspects of baijiu taste,brand,price and packaging,etc.,and the purchase of baijiu is also mostly used for daily drinking,gifts and collection,etc. In recent years,people have paid more and more attention to the cultural connotation of baijiu,and baijiu culture has come into the public’s sight. The mainstream consumers of baijiu in China are mostly middle-aged consumers,and young consumers as potential consumers in the future have become the consumption objects of baijiu enterprises’ key cultivation. In this regard,this part tries to put forward the following Suggestions:oriented by consumer demand,implement precision marketing for young consumers and cultivate young consumer groups;Innovate baijiu products,realize precise positioning of products,and carry forward traditional baijiu culture;Innovative baijiu packaging design to provide personalized packaging services;Develop social marketing with the help of new media platforms.
