The survey on the studying abroad condition of the Class of 2019 college graduates reveals some new trends and features of Chinese college graduates’ behaviors regarding studying abroad in recent years. The migration restrictions by student’s destination countries and rapid economic development in China are believed to result in these new trends and features. For example，most Chinese college graduates choose to study abroad with “improving professional competence，knowledge，and skills，” and a larger proportion of students tend to return to China after graduation from foreign universities. Besides，these students’ features，like their sources of financial support or information source for the decision of studying abroad，vary according to different destinations.
