2019年商务部明确提出,开展国际消费中心城市建设试点工作。后疫情时代,武汉应立足于城市资源禀赋和综合优势,立足幸福宜居的城市魅力,以“现代化、国际化、生态化”为导向,强化疫后城市形象设计,重振文旅业,营造优质商业氛围;强化城市圈协同发展,促进工业转型升级,拓展消费发展资源;大力落实“三年行动计划”,提升消费市场吸引力;大力发展新兴消费,加快培育消费新增长点;加快体制机制创新,推动消费环境提升,助力打造国际消费中心城市。
<<In 2019,the Ministry of Commerce explicitly proposed to carry out the pilot work of international consumption center city construction. In the post-epidemic era,Wuhan should focus on the city’s resource endowment and comprehensive advantages,based on the charm of a happy and livable city,guided by the concept of “modernization,internationalization and ecology”,Wuhan should strengthen the image design after the post-epidemic era,revitalize the cultural and tourism industry,and create a high-quality business atmosphere. Strengthen the coordinated development of urban areas,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and expand consumption and development resources. It should vigorously implement the “Three-year Action Plan” to make the consumer market more attractive.Develop emerging consumption and speed up efforts to foster new growth areas for consumption. Accelerate innovations in systems and mechanisms,improve the consumption environment,build Wuhan into an international consumer city.
