通过分析三家媒体在2016~2018年对女领导的报道,本研究发现媒体对女领导的报道存在歧视性、负面化的报道程式,对女领导的贡献与困境报道不足,对女领导的形象气质存在娱乐化消费和男性化规训等问题。本研究建议媒体加强关于女领导报道的议程设置,注重报道立场与报道效果,加强报道中的性别敏感性,尊重女领导的多样化发展现实,通过报道女领导面临的各种困境积极推进公共政策的完善。
<<By analyzing the reports of the three media on female leaders from 2016 to 2018,this study finds that there are discriminatory and negative reports on female leaders,insufficient reports on the contributions and difficulties of female leaders,entertainment consumption and male discipline and other problems on the image and temperament of female leaders. This study suggests that the media should strengthen the agenda setting of reports on female leaders,pay attention to the position and effect of reports,strengthen gender sensitivity in reports,respect the reality of diverse development of female leaders,and actively promote public policies to improve by reporting various difficulties faced by female leaders.
