本报告以中国知网学术期刊全文数据库中333篇相关文献为研究对象,在对其进行定量和定性研究后梳理发现,有关女性传媒工作者研究的数量在波动中上升,但整体数量不多;研究者整体的学科背景较多元,但缺乏对该领域的持续关注,未形成学科和本土的学术自觉;研究议题较丰富,对其职业形象的研究最多,其次是职业生存发展,对新兴领域关注不足;研究方法以定性研究为主,定量研究较少,方法较为多元,但基本是其他学科观念或理论的移植,甚至坚持社会性别方法论的也不多,有本土特色的理论和方法更是极为少见。未来学者须加强学术自觉,回归中国本土经验,抓住时代机遇,实现研究的突破性进展。
<<Taking 333 related literatures in the CNKI database as the research object,after the quantitative and qualitative analysis,it is found that the number of research on female media workers is rising in the fluctuation,but the overall number is not large. The overall academic background of researchers is diverse,but they lack the continuous attention in this field,and do not form the discipline and local academic self-consciousness. The research topics are relatively rich,with the most research on occupational image,followed by occupational survival and development,and insufficient attention to emerging fields. The research methods are mainly qualitative research,quantitative research is rare. The methods are diversified. But they are basically the transplantation of concepts or theories of other disciplines. Even the ones that adhere to gender methodology are few,and the application of theories and methods with local characteristics is extremely rare. In the future,it is necessary for scholars to strengthen the cultivation of academic consciousness,return to China’s local experience,seize the opportunity of the times,and achieve breakthroughs in research.
