本文在回顾澳门旅游发展历程的基础上,以博彩旅游、文化旅游和美食旅游为核心,从博彩、文化和美食三大视角剖析澳门的多元发展战略。本文研究发现澳门博彩业发展的策略主要是在传统博彩项目的基础上开发多样化的旅游产品和休闲娱乐项目,形成集博彩、娱乐、观光、购物、度假、会展为一体的多元化体系。澳门的文化旅游是“中华文化为主流、多元文化共存”的旅游载体。本文研究发现澳门的美食旅游以美食文化活动、产品和服务的多菜系共同发展,鼓励美食创新及保存澳门传统饮食文化特色,弘扬多元美食文化。同时,澳门的美食旅游亦逐渐重视游客线上了解美食、分享美食的新形式。
<<This article utilizes a qualitative research approach to review 53 articles that germane to tourism development in Macau with emphasis on casino tourism,cultural tourism,and food tourism. Our findings reveal that casino tourism goes beyond mere gambling;tourists are looking for a wide array of casino experiences such as entertainment,shopping,leisure,event,and sightseeing. Tangible cultural heritage is entwined with different lifestyle and traditions to co-create symbiotic culture offerings and hence,they improvise a unique East-meets-West touristic experience that can only be found in the city. Food tourism represents a third pillar of Macau’s tourism attraction. Food not only imbues meanings for the local culture and destination image,but it also galvanizes tourist interest in consuming and sharing this importance legacy of Macau.
