    2006~2018年体育产业促进劳动力就业研究

    摘要

    就业是民生之本、安国之策和财富之源。目前我国体育产业就业总体形势向好,就业带动效应明显、潜力巨大。与旅游、文化产业相比,体育产业就业具有明显的后发优势,预计到2035年我国体育产业就业人数将达到2000万人。但是我国体育产业就业还存在就业潜力空间尚未充分挖掘、良性经济回报机制尚未形成、体育人力资本积累尚显不足、人才培养与发展需求存在脱节等多种问题。为达到我国中长期体育产业就业目标,需在就业潜力空间、经济回报机制、人力资本积累、人才培养与发展等方面实现重点突破。 <<

    Abstract

    Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,the strategy of securing the country and the source of wealth. At present,the overall employment situation in the sports industry of China is improving,with obvious employment-driven effects and huge potential. Compared with tourism and culture industries,employment in the sports industry has obvious second-mover advantage. It is estimated that the number of employment in the sports industry will reach 20 million in 2035. However,there are still many problems existing. For example,employment potential has not been fully exploited,a benign economic return mechanism has not yet been formed,the accumulation of sports human capital is still weak,and there is a mismatching between talent training and requirement. In order to achieve China’s medium and long term employment goals in the sports industry,it is necessary to get breakthrough in key areas such as employment potential,economic return mechanism,human capital accumulation,and talent training and development.
