本文回顾了当前国内智慧旅游的发展现状,提炼了“大数据平台”和“互联网+”两种主要的智慧旅游发展模式,继而分析了粤港澳大湾区四大核心城市发展智慧旅游的进程。研究发现,大湾区核心城市智慧旅游的水平与其经济科技实力不匹配,智慧旅游的制度设计也与大湾区的制度的创新领先地位不匹配。主要原因是旅游产业在大湾区城市的综合地位不高,未能收到城市政府的重视。而智慧旅游的诸多服务内容被高度发达城市交通信息功能所取代,因此大湾区城市的智慧旅游发展程度与国内其他城市相比,显得较为落后。本研究认为,大湾区城市建设智慧旅游项目需要因地制宜,充分考虑城市发展的经济需求和建设需求,发展大数据平台模式的迫切性不大,“互联网+”的智慧旅游发展模式较为适应大湾区的发展。
<<This paper reviews the current development status of domestic smart tourism,refines two main smart tourism development models,“Big Data Platform” and “Internet +”,and then analyzes the development of smart tourism in the four core cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The study finds that the level of smart tourism in the core cities of the Bay Area does not match its economic and technological strength,and the institutional design of smart tourism does not match the innovation leadership of the Bay Area. The main reason is that the overall status of the tourism industry in the cities of the Bay Area is not high,and it has not received the attention of the city government. And many services of smart tourism have been replaced by traffic information functions of highly developed cities. Therefore,the development of smart tourism in Bay Area cities is relatively backward compared with other cities in China. This study believes that smart tourism projects in the Bay Area need to be adapted to local conditions and fully consider the economic and construction needs of urban development. There is little urgency to develop a big data platform model. The “Internet +” smart tourism development model is more suitable for the Bay Area.
