粤港澳大湾区是中国主题公园产业发展起步较早、产业体系最齐全、品牌与总部基地最集中的地区,也是中国主题公园产业发展最成熟的地区。近年来,粤港澳大湾区主题公园产业面临诸多挑战,长三角地区主题公园形成规模集聚,国际主题公园品牌进入大湾区,大湾区民族品牌主题公园发展仍需要创新。本文回顾和反思大湾区主题公园产业的历程,分析区域主题公园产业面临的重大发展机遇,重新审视当前和未来的格局,以发展的眼光看待未来。研究指出,大湾区主题公园产业链仍不完善,高端制造和高附加值业态仍比较欠缺;主题公园开发仍缺乏目的地体系所需要的整体规划和配套业态;大湾区多层次主题公园体系初步形成,但仍缺乏整体规划和品牌培育;主题公园开发背后的资本逻辑仍存在投机风险,缺乏市场理性。研究进一步认为,粤港澳大湾区的整合、协调发展,将给大湾区主题公园产业带来两大机遇:一是互联互通的优质生活和旅游圈将促进主题公园的市场整合;二是粤港澳三地利益共享的产业价值链将提升主题公园竞争力。
<<Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an area where the development of China’s theme park industry started earlier,with the most complete industrial system,and the most concentrated brands and headquarters. It is also the area with the most mature development of theme park industry in China. In recent years,the theme park industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is facing many challenges. The theme parks in the Yangtze River Delta have gathered in scale,and the international theme park brands have entered the China Great Bay Area. The development of the national brand theme park in the China Great Bay Area still needs innovation. This paper reviewed and reflected on the history of the theme park industry in the China Great Bay Area,analyzing the major development opportunities faced by the regional theme park industry,reexamined the current and future pattern,and looked at the future from the perspective of development. Result indicates that the industrial chain of the theme park in the China Great Bay Area is still imperfect,high-end manufacturing and high-value-added formats are still lacking;the development of theme parks still lacks the overall planning and supporting formats required by the destination system;the multi-level theme park system in China Great Bay Area has initially formed,but there is still a lack of overall planning and brand cultivation;there are still speculative risks in the capital logic behind the theme park development lack of market rationality. The study further believes that the integration,coordinated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will bring two major opportunities to the theme park industry in the Greater Bay Area:one is the interconnected high-quality of life and tourism circle will promote the market integration of the theme park;the other one is the industrial value chain sharing the interests of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao will enhance the competitiveness of the theme park.
