户外运动产业是体育产业的重要组成部分。目前,我国户外运动产业规模逐渐扩大,产业体系日益完善,消费人群显著增加,产品供给日趋丰富。具体表现在:户外运动用品业量质齐升,户外场地设施业发展迅猛,户外休闲服务业规模扩大,户外竞赛表演业蓬勃发展,户外节庆会展业方兴未艾,户外教育培训业持续发展。产业整体呈现自发趋于自觉、多元产业融合、智能化转型的发展趋势。然而,值得注意的是,当前我国户外运动产业发展过程中也出现了一些制约因素,如促进经济增长的巨大价值尚未得到充分认识、产业潜力未被有效激发、政策支持力度有待加大、户外运动教育与培训需要加强等。本报告在概述国外户外运动产业发展现状、特征与趋势的基础上,针对我国户外运动产业发展现状提出了加强顶层设计、完善基础设施、扶持重点行业、培养专业人才等四个方面的发展任务,以及建立协调机制、搭建产业平台、培育产业主体、健全保障体系等发展对策。
<<Outdoor sports industry is an important part of the sports industry. At present,the outdoor sports industry in China is expanding,with improved industrial system,growing consumer group and increasing product supply. The features of outdoor sports industry are indicated as improved quantity and quality of outdoor sports goods;increasing outdoor facilities,expanding outdoor leisure service scale,thriving outdoor festival and exhibition industry and booming outdoor education and training industry. Overall,the industry shows new trends as conscious development from spontaneous development,integration with other industries and intellectualization. However,there are constraints in the industry,including the value of outdoor sports industry hasn’t been fully recognized;the potential of the industry hasn’t been effectively stimulated;the policy support needs to be enhanced;outdoor education and training need to be strengthened. The report puts forward four development tasks,namely,strengthening top-level design;improving infrastructure;supporting key sectors;cultivating professionals. The suggestions for the industry are as follows:establishing coordinating mechanism,building industrial platform,cultivating industrial subjects,and improving supervision mechanism.
