Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2020，414 CSR reports that disclose biodiversity related information are assessed and analyzed. This report makes a comparative analysis on the information disclosed by reporters，and finally proposed relevant suggestions accordingly. It is found that although the number of reports disclosing biodiversity information is increasing year by year，the proportion is still low. There are obvious industry differences. Companies need to enhance their awareness and ability from the aspects of integration biodiversity into strategic decision-making and management tools and innovation practice，so as to promote the mainstreaming of biodiversity in China.
