本报告依据联合国妇女署与联合国全球契约办公室共同发起的“赋权予妇女原则——性别平等带来经济发展”行动倡议,对收集到的1730份中国企业2020年发布的企业社会责任报告进行评估和分析,并提出针对性建议。研究发现,中国企业社会责任报告对性别平等议题的信息披露有待进一步加强。社会服务业企业更重视披露性别平等议题,健康、安全和不受暴力侵害议题的披露最为充分,报告重视披露企业高管促进性别平等的举措,但企业对促进供应链性别平等信息披露较少,企业开展女性公益项目的披露有待增加。
<<Based on the Women’s Empowerment Principles-Equality Means Business,a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact,1730 CSR reports issued by companies in China in 2020 are assessed and analyzed with targeted recommendations in this research. It is found that information disclosure on gender equality in the reports needs to be further improved;social service enterprises pay more attention to the disclosure of gender equality issues,and topics of health,safety and violence prevention are fully disclosed;the reports attach importance to the disclosure of the measures taken by senior management to promote gender equality;the information disclosure of gender equality in the supply chain is insufficient,and the disclosure of women’s public welfare projects needs to be strengthened.
