Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2020，145 CSR reports released by Information and Communications Technology （ICT） companies in 2020 are assessed and analyzed in this research with targeted recommendations. It is found that ICT companies have released more reports than other industries，but there is still room for report quality improvement in quality. The reports are in the development stage as a whole；the completeness，credibility，readability，comparability and innovation of the reports are lower than the average level of CSR reports in China；the main reporters are private companies；most companies have established the regular release mechanism of CSR reports；technology empowerment，anti-COVID 19 actions by technologies，e-waste and other industry-featured topics are the key disclosure contents of reporters.
