Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2020，68 CSR reports released by Chinese mining enterprises are assessed and analyzed，and suggestions are proposed accordingly. It is found that the target reports have the following stage characteristics：the overall report quality has declined，and the level of CSR disclosure needs to be further improved；the information disclosure of stakeholder communication has been highlighted to respond to the expectations and demands of stakeholders；more information about work safety is disclosed，and the role of the report for transparent communication is further revealed；the environmental information disclosure continued to increase，and the whole industry positively responds to the requirements of ecological progress；CSR fulfillment overseas is stressed with much more disclosure of the Belt and Road community investment.
