Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2020，12 CSR reports released by the state-owned enterprises under the supervision of the Guangdong SASAC in 2020 are assessed and analyzed in this research，and suggestions are proposed according to the comprehensive evaluation results of the reports. It is found that the overall reporting quality of target reports is medium，which is slightly lower than the average level of companies all over China，and the reports have the following characteristics：the overall quality of the target reports are good，but there is still room for improvement；most reports focus on the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and also highlight green development and targeted poverty alleviation；the advantages of innovation are obvious，and the readability is further improved；the reports improve reading experience with outstanding results；employee issues are stressed，focusing on occupational health and safety；the information disclosure of the CSR fulfillment to stakeholders，such as customers and suppliers，is insufficient.
