Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2020，79 CSR reports released by 50 central SOEs under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council （SASAC） in 2020 are assessed and analyzed in this research，and suggestions are proposed accordingly. It is found that the overall quality of target reports has declined compared with that in 2019，but is still at a high level，which is obviously better than the average quality of the general report. The reports are characterized by positive response to national strategy and great concerns of the society，high attention to CSR，and focus on communication with stakeholders，etc.
