    北京既有三条市郊铁路的现状与发展研究

    摘要

    北京既有三条市郊铁路对市郊区与主城区之间的交通发挥了一定的作用,但在运营站距、服务范围、运行速度、公交接驳等方面存在一定的问题,制约了市郊铁路对区域发展的作用。通过分析,本报告提出了相关建议:第一,城市副中心线的功能定位为双向通勤交通,以公交化运营模式,开行站站停和直达的“双向通勤列车”;第二,S2线的功能定位为通勤交通和旅游交通,近郊区以通勤交通功能为主,远郊区以旅游观光交通功能为主;第三,怀密线的功能定位为通勤交通、旅游交通和带动沿线发展;第四,提高列车运行速度,对S2线和怀密线进行电气化改造,城区始发站延伸至北京北站。

    Abstract

    The three existing suburban railways have taken the embryonic form of suburban railways and have played a certain role in the traffic between the suburbs and the main city in Beijing. However,there are still many problems,in the distance between operating stations,service range,operating speed,and bus connections,which restrict the role of suburban railways in regional development. Through analysis,this research puts forward relevant suggestions:First,the function of the city’s sub-center line is positioned as two-way commuter transportation,with a bus-based operation mode,with “Two-way Commuter Trains” stopping and directing at stations. Second,the function of S2 line is positioned as commuting traffic and tourist traffic. Suburban areas are mainly used for commuter transportation functions,and the outer suburbs are mainly used for tourism and sightseeing transportation functions. Third,the function of Huaimi Line is positioned as commuting traffic,tourism traffic and driving development along the line. Fourth,to increase the speed of trains. To electrify the S2 line and the Huai-Mi line,and to extend the urban departure station to Beijing North Railway Station.
