The 2022 Winter Olympics，as a major international event，is not only an important window to display China’s image，but also a key boost to the integrated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. As an important traffic support facility for The Winter Olympic Games，it is of great significance to study the role of high-speed railway in the Winter Olympic Games. This paper analyzes the influence of the technology innovation of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed railway on the transportation network and logistics industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by combining qualitative and quantitative methods and clarifies the important roles of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway in terms of transportation accessibility，connection convenience and Olympic Green Transportation concept，and puts forward the suggestion that the long marshaled carriages of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway can be used as emergency logistics transportation facilities In case of emergency，improve the reliability of the Olympic logistics system. The relevant research results can provide reference for promoting the development of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway and improving the level of traffic security for the Winter Olympic Games.
