合理发展市郊铁路,为通勤客流提供公交化的轨道交通服务,是满足中心城与新城(或组团)之间出行需求的有效办法。本报告在深入研究国内外市郊铁路发展现状的基础上,调研北京铁路枢纽既有线路资源,筛查区域路网现状。通过调研北京市现有3条市郊铁路(S2线、副中心线、怀密线)和需求分析,提出各线路的线路定位以及规划建议,以大、小支线的建设来实现周边组团的连接与沿线客流点的吸引,解决首都功能疏解以及既有铁路走向与城市发展不一致的问题。最终提出构建“两纵两横、干支结合、组团互联、四网融合”的市郊铁路创新路径网络规划及其分阶段实施方案,在网络结构上实现城区共线、远郊支线,四网融合,都市圈内主要组团快速通达。
<<The rational development of suburban railway and the provision of bus-based rail transit services for commuter traffic are effective ways to meet the travel needs between the central city and the new city(or group). On the basis of in-depth study of the current situations of suburban railway development at home and abroad,researches are studied on the existing line resources of Beijing railway hub,and the current situation of regional railway network is screened. Through the investigation of the existing three suburban railways in Beijing(S2 line,sub-central line and Huaimi line)and demand analysis,the line positioning and planning proposals of each line are put forward. The construction of large and small branch lines are proposed to achieve the connection between the surrounding groups and the attraction of passenger flow points along the lines,and solve the problem of the capital functional dispersal and the inconsistency trend of existing railways with the development of cities. Finally the construction of “two vertical and two horizontal,stems and branches combination,group interconnection,four networks integration” of the suburban railway innovation path network planning and its phased implementation plan are put forward. So that in the network structure,urban common line,suburban branch line,four network integration,and the quick access among the main groups in the metropolitan area can be achieved ultimately.
