This paper combs the public welfare activities organized by the welfare lottery issuing institutions of 29 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)in 2018,including the types of public welfare activities,the sources of funds,the contents of the activities,etc. Based on the current situation of public welfare activities carried out by welfare lottery institutions in 2018,this paper puts forward the formulation of public welfare plans and the implementation of public welfare activities step by step;optimizes the evaluation mechanism of public welfare activities to promote management;and attaches importance to media publicity and communication. Focus on building brand influence and other suggestions.
