In the use of the lottery public welfare fund，the central special lottery public welfare fund project is of great significance due to its wide range of use and complete related systems. The article collected and sorted out the specific situation of the Central Lottery Public Welfare Projects from 2007 to 2018，and summarized the overall situation of the scope of use of these projects，their changes，the amount of funds，and the characteristics of the projects. The article also selected 13 representative projects with long-term capital investment and made special analysis and discussion.
