This paper analyzes the progress of Fengxian in ICT infrastructure，smart society，smart government，smart life，digital economy，development environment and other aspects since 2019. It points out that Fengxian has made great progress in various fields of smart city in the past year，while overcoming the negative shock caused by the global economic slowdown and covid-2019. However，the smart city level of Fengxian is still low，and the gap between Fengxian and the downtown districts is widening. Therefore，Fengxian should seize the important opportunities such as the launch of the 14th five-year-plan，the emergence of online new economy，and the in-depth promotion of the construction of new free trade zones，and accelerate the upgrading of urban digital base，the agglomeration of intelligent Internet connected automobile industry，and the wide area deployment of digital Huimin application，so as to make Fengxian an active，efficient and warm smart city.
