本报告以奉贤区固定资产投资为主要研究对象,从增速、结构和与上海郊区的对比等方面着手分析,研究了该区2009~2019年固定资产投资的发展历程。研究发现,该时期奉贤区固定资产投资保持较快增长速度,产业结构不断优化但仍有继续完善的空间,固定资产投资存在过于依赖房地产等问题。进一步,本报告分析了2020年1~9月奉贤区固定资产投资形势,利用结构分析、横向比较等方法,从多个角度呈现了该区固定资产投资的现状。同时,本报告通过将奉贤区与部分临沪县级市(区)进行对比研究,发现奉贤区“十三五”以来固定资产投资快速增长,总体高于其他临沪县(区)地区,投资吸引能力有所加强。综合研判,本报告认为2020年下半年固定资产投资将保持稳定增长,长期来看,人流、物流、资金流持续流入本区域的趋势依然存在,未来本区固定资产投资有望保持较快的增长速度。
<<The chapter researches on the Fengxian’s fixed assets investment from different aspects,such as growth rate,structure,and the comparison with the counties adjacent to Shanghai. It is found that during 2009 to 2019,the fixed assets investment of Fengxian grew rapidly,and the investment structure had been optimized,but some problems still exist,such as excessive dependence on the investment of real estates. Further,the chapter discusses the situation of fixed assets investment of Fengxian from January to September 2020,with the methods of structural and horizontal analysis. After comprehensive analysis,it is found that since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the growth rate of fixed assets investment in Fengxian is higher than some of the counties adjacent to Shanghai,which means Fengxian’s ability to attract funds has been strengthened. It is expected that in the long run,as the inflows of resources such as human resources and capital continue,the fixed assets investment of Fengxian will maintain steady growth,thus better supporting Fengxian’s economic development.
