Zhangjiang Yangtze River Delta Sci-tech City is the first pilot demonstration area for inter-provincial cooperation and integrated development in China. Under the premise of unified coordination and planning，it has shared resources，complementary advantages and collaborative innovation. With the goal of becoming a “National and regional Integrated Development Practice area and National Smart City Experimental Area”，Zhangjiang Yangtze River Delta Sci-Tech City has gradually formed its scale through government support and market-oriented operation，which has driven the development of some provinces and cities in Zhejiang province and promoted the integration process of The Yangtze River Delta. This paper analyzes the basic situation of Zhangjiang Yangtze River Delta Sci-tech City，and summarizes its development path and characteristics，which has certain reference value for High-tech Industrial Park or New industrial city.
