促就业、保民生是维护经济社会健康发展的前提和基础。将非物质文化遗产保护与促民生就业有机结合，不仅有利于非物质文化遗产的活态传承，也是现阶段创造就业岗位的重要途径。近年来，我国制定了一系列法律、法规保护非物质文化遗产，推动以非物质文化遗产保护促民生就业，这些政策相辅相成，对实践起到了重要的指导作用，且成效显著。为进一步依托非物质文化遗产保护促民生就业，各级政府应立足实际，在细化以非物质文化遗产保护促民生就业的内部制度，完善以非物质文化遗产保护促民生就业的外部配套制度，构建生产类非物质文化遗产产品的创新机制，建立完备的以非物质文化遗产保护促民生就业的约束机制等方面加强制度建设。江苏非物质文化遗产资源丰富，在江苏以非物质文化遗产保护促民生就业必须立足江苏实际，在认真领会、落实传统工艺振兴计划及非遗扶贫工坊相关政策的基础上，从法制建设、制度建设及市场建设等方面加强引导。
<<In recent years，China has taken a string of measures and polices to ensure job creation by safeguarding and utilizing intangible cultural heritages. These policies complement each other and play an important role in practice，which helps us achieved a lot in stabilizing employment in China. In the future，we will improve the concerning policymaking in several aspects，such as paying more attention to specific item of intangible cultural heritage and its utilization，making more preferential tax policies and other policies for job creation in safeguarding intangible cultural heritage，improving the creative capability of the cultural industry of intangible cultural heritage and setting up restriction mechanism for the utilization of intangible cultural heritage.
