The community governance in the concentrated resettlement area of rural residents is the key area to realize the modernization of rural governance. With the inherent requirements of urbanization and agricultural scale，the scale of rural centralized resettlement in Jiangsu Province is expanding day by day. At present，the community governance of rural centralized resettlement areas in the province mainly focuses on the leadership of Party building，diversified participation，standard service，optimization of structure and cultural construction，and actively carries out governance innovation. But in this process，the governance of rural centralized resettlement community also exposed some problems，such as the governance subject positioning is not clear enough，the operation mechanism is not smooth enough，the community residents’ collective consciousness and sense of belonging are missing. Based on the problems，this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as defining the main role of community governance，deepening the reform of social governance mechanism，and strengthening the construction of community governance culture.
