At present，the century great changes encounters the century pandemic，which accelerated the development of the international political and economic structure. Promoting the formation of a new development pattern with the main domestic cycle as the main body and the international double circulation promoting each other is a major long-term strategic judgment made by the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core，which is at the right time according to the development stages，conditions and changes in the international environment in China. It’s also the new starting point of high quality development of Jiangsu’s open economy.
