企业服务竞争力是会展企业的核心竞争力。提高会展企业的服务能力,有利于企业形成自身的市场竞争力,促进地区会展行业的发展。本文选择会展场馆类服务企业——中国进出口商品交易会展馆作为评价对象,通过构建企业服务竞争力评价指标体系来分析企业存在的服务问题,进一步提出改进的建议。
<<Enterprise service competitiveness is the core competitiveness of exhibition enterprises. Improving the service ability of exhibition enterprises is beneficial to the market competition of the enterprises themselves and can promote the development of regional exhibition industry. This paper selects exhibition and venue service enterprises,China Import and Export Fair Complex,as the evaluation object,analyzes the existing service problems of enterprises through the construction of enterprise service competitiveness evaluation index system,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
