For a long time，the exhibition hotel industry relies on the development of the exhibition industry. Based on the background of the current epidemic normalization，this paper analyzes how to reduce the dependence on the exhibition and expand the profit channels of the exhibition hotel industry，and puts forward four measures to break the situation，namely，“stabilizing the enterprise”，“internal repair”，“external demand” and “integration”.
