旅游酒店业既是现代服务业支柱性产业,也是城市经营中反映城市经济发展软实力的晴雨表。打造城市服务品牌,首先要从旅游酒店业的人才培养入手,为提升城市服务品牌形象和城市品牌溢价提供专业人才。本文从全面掌握粤港澳大湾区旅游酒店业的发展现状、资源禀赋、建设模式着眼,结合粤港澳大湾区打造国际化环境需要旅游酒店服务业提升品牌国际化水平作为支撑条件的要求,对广东省旅游酒店行业人才储备与培养进行充分的调查研究,为未来一段时期粤港澳大湾区旅游酒店专业人才培养提供理论支撑。
<<Tourism industry and hotel industry are not only the pillar industries of modern service industry,but also the barometers reflecting the soft power of urban economic development in urban management. To build a city service brand,we should start with the talent training of tourism hotel industry to provide professional talents for improving the image of city service brand and city brand premium. Based on the comprehensive grasp of the development status,resource endowment and construction mode of tourism hotel industry in the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area,combining with the requirements for this area to create an international environment which demands tourism and hotel service industries to enhance the level of brand internationalization as a supporting condition. This paper makes a full investigation and research on the talent reserve and training of tourism and hotel industries in Guangdong Province,which will provide theoretical support for the training of tourism and hotel professionals in the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the future.
