2019年,河北省以实施乡村振兴战略为总抓手,大力推进农业高质量发展和农村人居环境整治,抓重点、补短板、促转型,农业农村发展保持稳中有进、稳中向优的良好态势。全年“三农”舆情信息量19。85万条,新闻媒体传播量占比过半,微博紧随其后。全省乡村五大振兴成效、新中国成立70周年燕赵大地“三农”巨变、农业农村改革进展、现代农业发展成效、“冀”字号品牌农业亮点成绩、特色产业精准扶贫、因村施策推进人居环境整治打造生态宜居村庄等话题受到舆论积极关注。央视“3·15”晚会曝光“化妆”土鸡蛋事件引发舆论热议。
<<In 2019,Hebei province prioritized the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and pushed ahead with the high-quality agricultural development and improvement of rural living environment. As a three-level principle was followed,i.e. to focus on key issues,shore up weakness and facilitates transformation,its agricultural and rural development was steady with continuous progress,as well as good momentum for growth. Throughout the year,the volume of information reflecting public opinions on agriculture,rural areas and farmers totaled 198,000. Conventional news media was the main channel of communication,accounting for over 50%,and Sina Weibo closely followed. The following topics attracted strong public interest:five major achievements in rural revitalization,significantchanges in the past 70 years since the founding of P.R.C,agricultural and rural reform,modern agriculture development,highlights of leading local brands of agriculture products,targeted poverty alleviation through developing specialty industries,customized policies in villages with the aim of improving living environment and building ecologically-friendly villages. Moreover,the news that some businessmen applied “make-up” on fake rural organic eggs was made public in a 3·15 Evening Gala organized by China Central Television on 15 March,World Consumer Rights Day. It sparked heated public discussion.
